BLT Imports offers the following Returns Policy:

BLT Imports guarantees its products.  If a product is defective, return it within 20 days from date of purchase for a replacement.  If you are not satisfied with a product, return it within 7 days from date of purchase for store credit to be used for future purchase.  Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and with original packaging.  Store credit will be for the value of the product excluding shipping and handling charges.  Customer must return product with original box and pay return postage.  No returns allowed for books, videos, music, and DVD.  Only exchanges for the same title if defective. 

Customer is reponsible for all postage for any exchange or return.   BLT Imports will only pay for reshipping to customer if it was an shipping error on our part. 

Please include a copy of the invoice and a note with the reason for exchange or return and the RMA number.  Please call or e-mail us to get a RMA number.  Please wrap item securely and send it back insured and prepaid.  It can take up to 3 weeks to process your request.  Unauthorized returns will be rejected without liability or subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Unless it is proven to be a manufacturer’s defect, improperly used merchandise will not be accepted for credit or exchange.  We will repair or replace manufacturer’s defective merchandise at no charge.

We will try to process all new orders received before 2:00PM EST the same day, but it can take up to 5 working days for it to get shipped.

Please check with local law agency before purchasing BB guns and weapons.  BLT Imports LLC will not be responsilble for any harm or injury as a result of abuse or misuse of any of its procduct.   Must be over 18 years old to purchase BB guns and weapons.
